1 litre cooked navy beans
2 tsp salt
¼ cup lemon juice
grapeseed oil (to taste)
1 tbsp ground sumac
Place beans and salt in bowl of food processor.
With food processor running, add lemon juice, then slowly add the grapeseed oil.
Process until desired consistency is reached.
Stir in the ground sumac.
