Nestled on the side of Munson Mountain at the start of the Naramata Bench and with panoramic views of Skaha and Okanagan lakes, Vanilla Pod’s setting is almost as jaw-dropping as its food.
“We want our guests to walk away saying they just had the best meal of their lives,” says Paul Jones, owner of Vanilla Pod. “We want everyone who dines with us to have an experience they can’t get anywhere else.”
Six Course Wine-Paired Dinner
Executive Chef Bruno Terroso makes everything in-house and fresh to order. You can taste his creations at the restaurant’s six-course, wine-paired dinner during the 38th annual Fall Wine Festival, September 28 to October 7.
“We offer our wine-paired dinner every single night of the festival,” says Jones. “We work with about seven different farmers, focussing on what’s fresh and in-season, to showcase what the region has to offer.”
Bring the Electric Car!
Bring your electric car and use the new charging stations. The restaurant is in the midst of equipping its patio with translucent solar panels that will power the entire building, making it cutting-edge in the culinary and environmental world.
Whether it’s during the festival or not, your next dining experience should be at Vanilla Pod.
