Dirty Laundry is popping the cork on two new sparkling wines in celebration of Canada’s 150th Anniversary. These wines playfully dubbed “Bubble Entendre” are wine shop and wine club exclusive. Produced via the traditional method, there’s a white, Chardonnay-based selection, and a rosé, a Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend. As exclusives, Bubble Entendre sparkling wines are another great reason to join the Bordello Club, where members can pick their own wines and get free shipping across Canada. Choose the membership level that works best for you: Peek-a-Boo, Blush, Boudoir, and Madam.
You can get your hands on the exclusive Bubble Entendre in Dirty Laundry’s wine shop, too. The wine shop is open seven days a week from 10 am to 5 pm, and found on Summerland’s Bottleneck Drive. While you’re there, allow some time to linger on the patio to take in the views of Okanagan Lake, vineyards, orchards and even part of the historic Kettle Valley Railroad. Sip on award-winning wines or try out the “Laundry Suds” craft beer by the glass or in flights. Bridge Brewing in North Vancouver brews a special line up for Dirty Laundry including Dirty Blond Kolsch, Brunette IPA, Full House Pale Ale, and Red Head Wheat Ale.
Through social media you can remain current on Dirty Laundry wine releases and events. Follow @DirtyLaundryVin on Twitter, @dirtylaundryvineyard on Instagram, and facebook.com/dirtylaundryvineyard. Go online to dirtylaundry.ca for tickets, if dates are still available, to the Roch Lobster Lunches held each Friday in July and August. Check out our calendar for the schedule of musicians playing on the patio on summer weekends. You’ll find local favourites including Dale Seaman & Highway 97, Blue Skies Trio, The Creeks, Uncorked, Hellard & Hirth, Julie Masi, and Timbre Wolves.
No wonder Dirty Laundry is known as the place where “Wine is Fun!” Browsing through the latest merchandise and wine selections in the “naughty” wine shop is sure to bring a smile to you and your out-of-town guests.
