By changing the wine list multiple times annually, at RauDZ we’re able to showcase a large sample of the over 200 wineries from the entire length of the valley.” Such procurement means you can go wine touring during the day sampling and later enjoy a dinner featuring the best local ingredients along with more local wine. In addition to the wine list changing seasonally, you can also look forward to the cocktail list that showcases the best of the season in featured cocktails and signature fruit martinis. Plus, there’s six continuously rotating beer taps highlighting local breweries.
