Dining at Burrowing Owl Estate Winery’s Sonora Room Restaurant is a culinary highlight when you are touring the South Okanagan’s wine country. To celebrate Spring Wine Festival, the Sonora Room Restaurant will be offering a nightly six-course wine paired dinner April 29th—May 8th, 2016, starting at 5:00 pm. Each splendid course by the culinary team will be expertly paired with library and current vintage wines from Burrowing Owl’s cellar. The philosophy of the talented culinary team at the Sonora Room Restaurant is to embrace the privilege and the opportunity to showcase many of the South Okanagan’s local producers with their array of local organic produce, fresh, seasonal fruits and artisan breads and cheeses. The restaurant’s wine list, features not only a selection of Burrowing Owl library wines no longer publicly available, but also alternate premium Okanagan wines that are carefully chosen to complement the menu.
