At The Italian Table of The Revival Group of restaurants, owners Jason and Michelle Troll worked closely to develop the food side with Jason Leizert (partner/corporate chef) of the lauded charcuterie-and-cheese shop, Salted Brick. Taste Chef Leizert’s influence in the Antipasto Platter with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, olives, marinated vegetables and bread and/or the Burrata & Prosciutto Charcuterie Platter with pepper jelly, pesto and flatbread. At The Italian Table, open daily for lunch and dinner, it’s so family friendly, kids can exercise their creativity on the paper tablecloths with the colourful crayons set out as you await your meal. There’s also a kids menu and nice array of desserts. Selected to pair with Italian fare for the “big kids”, you’ll find Okanagan Valley and Italian wines and a creative cocktail list created by award-winning mixologist Gerry Jobe, The Revival Group’s director of operations.
