Anew marquee tent will be the scene for special events this summer at Mt. Boucherie Family Estate Winery. Its inspiring vineyard view, beside the winery’s iconic red banners, engages visitors in enjoying wine country their way…touring, tasting, picnicking, enjoying…at their own speed!

Bring along your friends to Stretch, Sip & Savour, where you can enjoy an outdoor yoga class with Barb Vermassen on Sundays in July and August from 11AM – 12 PM. Afterwards, relax with a Bliss Bakery sandwich and a glass of Mt. Boucherie wine.
Be sure to try the winery’s new releases. The 2013 Pinot Gris is a refreshing balanced white with aromas and flavours of pear, honey and lime. For a medium bodied white with a lovely citrus nose and fresh acidity, try the unoaked 2011 Semillon. If you favour big reds, savour the 2010 Family Reserve Summit – a Bordeaux blend which showcases notes of black currant, plum and chocolate, along with nicely integrated tannins.
For a great value, perfect for the patio and summer sipping, pick up a couple of the 3 litre boxed wines available at winery. You get the same quality as the bottled wine, but at a super price. The 2012 Chardonnay (at $38.50) provides a light, fresh blend of melon and lemon with a dry finish. The 2011 Merlot gives you the equivalent of 4 bottles of a smooth, well-balanced red sipper for $42.50!!!
The winery looks forward to pouring their new releases at the 6th Annual Okanagan Feast of Fields on Sunday, August 17 at the Okanagan Lavender and Herb Farm. This annual fundraising event highlights the connections between farmer and chef and winemaker that are making the Okanagan famous for culinary tourism.
