Celebrating their 10th anniversary, Sonoran Estate Winery is excited to be offering many menu items at their Full Moon Bistro. Proprietors Ada and Arjan Smits are collaborating with their new chef, Pierre-Luc Naveau. A Quebec native, Naveau became involved in all aspects of the winery last season.
“I’m excited about everything……the wine experience, travelling, learning, and welcoming people to Sonoran…it’s going to be an amazing year,” says Naveau. This chef is a master of many trades, from farming to fine dining – he’s even building a traditional outdoor Quebecois-style wood-fire oven for pizza, tortière, and much more!
